Diet and Hydration

Foods with omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon and walnuts, can help reduce inflammation. So, adding them to your daily diet can help. You can also cut down on your caffeine and sugar intake. This can help minimize the pain and severity of cramps. Finally, don’t forget to hydrate! Drinking plenty of water can help with water retention and bloating. It also supports better blood flow and reduces discomfort.
